Our industries

Real estate construction

Building & development

PINNCOR develops and executes real estate projects in the State of Mexico, under its own name. It is our newest line and we are building it now, with our first developments already in preparation: design, construction and delivery under one roof, with no subcontracting chains to dilute accountability or the schedule.

Beyond our own projects, we also sell construction materials and provide construction services to third parties, as reflected in our legal name: Pinto y Corral Constructora e Inmobiliaria, Materiales y Servicios.

Beauty

Beauty and personal care products

We select beauty and personal care products to sell online, with home delivery and direct customer service. We pick categories by what the market is asking for today, not by what sold yesterday: our first shipment is on its way, and sales open as soon as it arrives.

Software

Applications and digital products

We develop and publish our own applications and digital products for study and reference, for the web and for mobile. We design, build and publish in house: from idea to store with no vendors in between, and with updates that ship in days, not quarters.

How we work

We are a compact team, and that is precisely the advantage: we decide in days what takes months in larger structures. We enter every market with today’s standards —our own technology, measured processes, verifiable delivery— and we stand behind what we publish. In all three industries we personally answer everyone who writes to us, and we never sell or hand over our customers’ personal data to third parties.
